WARRANTY POLICY

How long does my warranty last?

PYT electronic products are covered by a limited warranty from the date of purchase, subject to proof of purchase.

For professional use (salon use), products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty.

For private individual use (personal use), products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. A lifetime warranty applies only where a valid warranty extension has been purchased and registered at the time of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. For professional use, a copy of the invoice is required. For private use, a copy of the receipt or tax receipt is required.

This warranty applies only to products originally manufactured and marketed by PYT Hair Style.

During the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace a product that fails due to a manufacturing defect.

If your product has defects that are not covered under warranty, it may still be repairable. In this case, you will receive a repair quotation. Repairs will only proceed once written approval has been received by email at info@pythairstyle.com.

How can I request a warranty service?

To request warranty service, the product must fall within the applicable warranty period and valid proof of purchase must be provided.

All repairs must be carried out by our authorised service centre and qualified technicians. PYT Hair Style accepts no responsibility for products repaired or modified outside our authorised service centre.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the product to our service centre.

Return shipping costs must be arranged and paid by the customer. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, reasonable return postage costs may be reimbursed upon proof of postage.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse or incorrect use
Use with incorrect voltage or electrical supply
Accidental damage, shocks, drops or impact
Water damage
Neglect or improper maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage
Broken plugs, cables or external damage
Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised persons

The warranty is valid only when accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Products bearing the PYT name but not manufactured or authorised by PYT Hair Style are not covered under this warranty.

Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
