We aim to ensure all customers enjoy a positive shopping experience with PYT Hair Style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

ONLINE PURCHASES – RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you purchase products online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.

Once cancellation is confirmed, you must return the goods to us within fourteen (14) days.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of goods to us.

If you cancel within the statutory period, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back.

VOLUNTARY RETURNS

In addition to your statutory rights, we may offer a voluntary returns option subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused
Items must be in their original packaging
All accessories must be included
Proof of purchase must be provided

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed products that have been opened, including but not limited to hair styling tools, curling irons, flat irons, hair dryers, cosmetics and other personal care products, unless confirmed to be faulty.

Personalised, bespoke, made-to-order items and items that deteriorate or expire rapidly are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

To return an item, complete the Return Form and include it with your invoice and goods. Returns should be sent to:

We recommend using a tracked or registered postal service, as return postage is at your own risk.

FAULTY GOODS

If you believe an item is faulty, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of goods to us.

If the returned item is confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs upon proof of postage.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund, repair or replacement.

Refunds for confirmed faulty goods will be processed using the original payment method.

GIFT CARD PURCHASES

If goods purchased using a Gift Card are returned and a refund is payable:

Refunds will first be applied to the original Gift Card up to its original value.
Any remaining balance will be refunded via the original payment method used.

If the original Gift Card is no longer available, a replacement Gift Card may be issued.

GENERAL

We reserve the right to refuse a refund and return goods to you at your own cost where the above conditions are not met.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
