For purchases made in store, refunds or exchanges are offered in accordance with UK consumer law.

We offer refunds on unused and unopened items returned within 14 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase is supplied.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used hair tools, styling products and personal care items cannot be returned unless faulty.

All refunds for in store purchases are processed in store using the original payment method.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
